Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- However, we try to process same day or next day.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates within USA
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days $7.99
- Other options are available at checkout for the customer but USPS is the standard.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur from the carrier and are out of our control.
- Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are fine and accepted.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates outside the USA
- ToolBox Widget does sell and ship to other countries outside the USA with DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS.
- The cost rates and shipping times vary and will be displayed at checkout.
- They most be accepted and paid for at time of checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email, and a separate shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Exchange of products
- If you incorrectly ordered products we will exchange them for you for the correct ones.
- Ship them back to us at your cost and we will send you the correct ones at our cost.
- Once we receive the return we will ship out the requested ones next business day.
- Our goal is to make sure you get the exact products you want and keep you happy.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- ToolBoxWidget.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- ToolBox widget is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- However, we will do everything in our power to help you and make it up to you as we know it was not your fault.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us and let us know what happen with pictures.
- Also, it is best and helps us if you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
