Bringing a product to market is extremely difficult. It has taken us over two years just to start producing and distributing the ToolBox Widget line. However, we learn and get better at it everyday. From simplifying processes, better designs, cutting cost and making connections. Its all important and takes a lot of time and capital. We also know mechanics and technicians have the best ideas, from making specialty tools to general problem solving. I have met so many with great ideas but no real understanding on how to start the process of bring a new product to market. I know, I was one of them.
The idea is simply, you submit the form with your contact information and I will personally reach out. We will provide an NDA that protects your idea. Its basically a document that says anything we talk about will be kept confidential and we would not proceed or share anything without your written consistent and approval. We also, have all our ideas documented and dated with our lawyers in case it is an idea we already pending. The process of idea sharing is simple. If both sides think its a great fit and decide to team up we would help with everything from patent research, feasibility, market research, patent filing, trademarking, prototyping, R&D, production, marketing, etc... the list goes on and on. It is a lot.
We were able to do it and continue to succeed everyday. Fill out the form and we will contact you for general conversation. If we both decide to proceed to share more information, both parties will sign the NDA and move forward. If we can't help you, we will at least try and refer you to a contact that can. We truly want to see any mechanic or technician with an idea succeed and profit from it. Why keep it locked away, bring it to market and make some $$$$$.
Also, do not ever discuss your idea or invention with anyone without knowing that person, their intent, trust and signing an NDA until patents have been established. Trust me on this it is mandatory and also document all communication with that person, period.
