 THIS RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

By placing an order from this Website, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions. All terms, provisions, and agreements set forth in our Terms of Service are incorporated by reference. If the Terms of Service and these terms are inconsistent, these terms apply.

TBW Warranty Overview

We have a simple policy. The lifetime warranty for your TBW product is truly that. We stand behind our customers and products, period. Not only are we mechanic and veteran-owned, but we employ veterans and mechanics. So, we understand your tool needs and how important it is to have reliable, high-quality products. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms and conditions in our policies, our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in products purchased from us or any authorized tool distributor for the life of the product. Our warranty extends only to original purchasers of TBW products. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product. If you made your purchase through our Website, we'll have your information, but if you bought through an authorized distributor, you'll need to have a receipt or other purchase documentation.

If you believe that your TBW product has a manufacturing defect, please complete the form at https://toolboxwidget.com/pages/warranty. If replacement is warranted, we will either (a) replace the defective product or (b) refund the purchase price of such product. We will also pay for shipping and handling the approved replacement product to you. We may ask you to return the defective product or to dispose of it. Final decisions on warranty claims are made by TBW. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and happiness.

Warranty Non-Coverage

TBW's limited warranty does not cover any damages due to transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance, modifications, combination or use with any products, materials, or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by TBW, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other things beyond our reasonable control.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. NEITHER ANY PERFORMANCE OR OTHER CONDUCT, NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TBW product, please complete the form at https://toolboxwidget.com/pages/warranty within 60 days of your purchase to explain the situation. We'll then evaluate the situation and work with you to reach a successful outcome.

Except for any products designated on the Website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 60 days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition. If a product is returned or exchanged in less than 100% original condition, less than a 100% exchange or refund may result. If a product is returned in unusable condition, no exchange or refund may result. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.

Limitation of Liability

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, NOR WILL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PRODUCTION, WORK, DATA, USE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, REVENUE OR PROFIT, ANY DIMINUTION IN VALUE, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS OR SERVICES, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

International Orders (EU & Rest of World)

International orders on toolboxwidget.com are sold and fulfilled in partnership with Global-e, our international commerce partner. Global-e acts as the merchant of record for these orders — they process your payment, handle duties and taxes, and manage international shipping. The specific Global-e entity for your order is listed on your order receipt.

What stays the same: our No BS Lifetime Warranty. If a Toolbox Widget product breaks under normal use, we make it right — no matter where you are. Email us at support@toolboxwidget.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.

Shipping to the EU

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–9 business days with standard shipping or 2–5 business days with express. All duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and charged at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Returning an international order

1. Go to our returns portal and enter your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.
2. Select the items you're returning and follow the instructions. You'll receive return authorization and shipping instructions by email.
3. Ship the items back within 14 days of starting your return, unused and in original packaging.

A few things to know:

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.
• Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in. Original shipping costs aren't refunded, except for faulty items or returns made under the EU right of withdrawal.
• If your order arrived damaged or faulty, skip the portal and email us directly at support@toolboxwidget.com — you'll get a full refund or replacement, and you won't pay return shipping.

EU customers: right of withdrawal

If you're in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. This right exists in addition to our standard return policy above. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
